UGC CREATORS AGREEMENT
Participation
By joining the Masterhooks Creator Program, you agree to create content, follow our guidelines, and maintain a professional standard. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Content & Usage
You agree that any content you create as part of this program can be used by Masterhooks and its clients for marketing, advertising, and distribution.
This includes editing, reposting, running ads, and sharing your content across platforms without additional approval or compensation.
Ownership
By participating in the program, you grant Masterhooks and its clients full rights to use and distribute your content indefinitely.
4. Payments
You will be paid based on the terms shared for each campaign.
Payments may be delayed, reduced, or withheld if content does not meet quality standards or requirements.
5. Program Expectations
To stay in the program, you are expected to:
Post consistently
Stay active on required platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Follow content guidelines
Maintain account growth and performance
Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from the program.
6. Use of Your Likeness
You agree that your name, voice, and appearance may be used by Masterhooks and its clients for promotional and marketing purposes.
7. Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your content:
Is original
Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
Follows platform and advertising guidelines
8. Confidentiality
You agree not to share internal information about campaigns, clients, or the program.
You also agree not to post or say anything harmful or negative about Masterhooks or its clients.
9. Termination
You or Masterhooks can end participation at any time.
Masterhooks may remove you from the program based on performance, inactivity, or violations of these terms.
10. Legal
By joining, you agree to the full legal agreement, which governs all terms of your participation.
