UGC CREATORS AGREEMENT
1. Parties
By participating in the Masterhooks Creator Program, you agree to provide high-quality content, maintain professional standards, and adhere to our community guidelines. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Scope of Services
You retain full ownership of your original content. However, by posting or submitting content via Masterhooks, you grant Masterhooks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, perform, display, and promote your work across our digital channels and partner networks. This license is necessary for us to provide the core services of the platform.
3. Compensation and Payments
Payments are processed according to the schedule outlined in your personal creator dashboard. Masterhooks reserves the right to withhold payments in the event of fraudulent activity or violation of community standards. All creators are responsible for their own tax obligations related to earnings on the platform.
4. Professional Conduct
Creators are expected to maintain a standard of professionalism that reflects positively on the Masterhooks brand. Harassment, hate speech, or the promotion of illegal activities will result in immediate termination of this agreement and removal from the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
Masterhooks provides its platform "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the program or any technical failures of the platform.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, although content previously shared may remain in distribution cycles as per the licensing terms in Section 2.
