1. Content Ownership

By using the Masterhooks platform, you retain ownership of the original intellectual property you bring to the platform. However, for all hooks, scripts, and content generated using our AI tools or uploaded specifically for creator campaigns, you grant Masterhooks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute said content. Creators acknowledge that unique algorithmic outputs may be shared across the community unless specified under a premium exclusive tier.

2. Payment Terms

Payouts are processed on a Net-30 basis. Commissions are calculated based on the verified engagement metrics or flat-fee agreements established at the start of each campaign. Masterhooks reserves the right to withhold payments in the event of suspected fraud or breach of the Code of Conduct. Minimum payout threshold is $50.00 USD.

3. Code of Conduct

Creators must maintain a professional demeanor. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: hate speech, explicit adult content, misinformation, or content that infringes on third-party trademarks. Any attempt to manipulate engagement metrics or bypass platform billing systems will result in immediate termination.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the creator agreement with 14 days written notice. Masterhooks may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for material breaches of these terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments will be audited and processed within 60 days, provided no violations occurred.

5. Data Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes your performance metrics, payment details, and usage patterns within the Creator Studio to improve our recommendations and platform efficiency.
