Creator and Talent Acquisition

The role

Two things you'll primarily work on: finding and vetting UGC Creators for our brand partners, and filling roles on the Masterhooks team itself.

What you'll do

• Run the full Creator recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

• Keep a Creator pipeline ready so we're not scrambling when bra¡nds come in with new briefs

• Screen candidates for internal roles across ops, marketing, and sales

• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, keep things moving

• Maintain a clean, usable database of candidates and Creators

• Write and improve job descriptions as we open new roles

• Keep a pulse on how other startups and creator platforms are hiring

What we're looking for

• 2+ years recruiting, sourcing, or talent-focused work. Bonus points if that includes creator or influencer recruiting specifically.

• You know your way around TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, not just as apps, but as platforms where creators build careers

• Good communicator who can write a decent email without it sounding like a form letter

• Organized enough to track multiple pipelines without losing anyone in the shuffle

• Worked at a startup, creator agency, or influencer platform before? Even better.
