Marketing Deck Research Assistant

As an agency, Masterhooks activaley looking for the client to collaborate. Therefore, we need you to help us to create marketing decks, proposals, and strategic analyses that help brands understand their opportunities and, ultimately, help us win new clients.

We’re looking for a Marketing Deck Research Assistant who can dig into a brand, understand its market and social presence, and turn research into clear, compelling, data-backed proposals.

What You’ll Do: 

• Research prospective clients, with a strong focus on social media, content, positioning, and marketing activity. 

• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify opportunities, gaps, trends, and relevant benchmarks. 

• Turn research findings into client-ready insights, slides, and proposal recommendations. 

• Find and validate the right data, examples, references, and supporting evidence to make every argument stronger. 

• Write, edit, and proofread proposal copy to ensure it is clear, compelling, concise, and grammatically correct. 

• Help establish and improve our proposal system, templates, frameworks, and research processes so the team can multiply its output without sacrificing quality. 

• Maintain a library of useful research, references, examples, and past proposals that the team can reuse across pitches. 

What We're Looking For

• Highly fluent in English, with strong writing skills. We expect someone who can write fluently without AI. 

• Experience creating decks, marketing strategies, proposals, or other client-facing materials in English. 

• Strong understanding of marketing analysis, social media, and competitive research. 

• Naturally curious and willing to go beyond the obvious to find the data, examples, and insights that make a proposal stronger. 

• Strong attention to detail, you should care about whether a number is accurate, a source is credible, and a sentence actually says what it needs to say. 

• Experience with pitching, tenders, proposals, or new-business presentations is a plus. 

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude as to support your output process (except the writing) 

• Highly organized and comfortable working with multiple projects, references, and moving pieces at once.
